Booking Policy

We accept same-day bookings up to 4 hours prior to the appointment. Clients may book appointments up to 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required for every appointment, which will be deducted from the total price.

Appointments can be rescheduled if canceled on the same day, provided it's at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

Clients are allowed a maximum of 2 cancellations before they can no longer reschedule.

Clients have up to 7 days to reschedule an appointment, after which an additional deposit is required.

Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice results in automatic cancellation. The client must rebook, and if the therapist arrives at the location without a response, the $25 deposit cannot be used for rebooking and an additional deposit fee must be paid.

General Policy

Respectful Conduct: Clients are not allowed to touch the therapist during the massage. Any such behavior will result in the early termination of the session, and the client will still be charged the full price.

• Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have a waiver signed on their behalf.

• Add-Ons: Clients must request any additional services or add-ons prior to booking their appointment.

• Attire: Clients are required to keep undergarments on during the session.

• Hygiene: Clients must shower and be free from strong odors or sprays prior to the massage.

• Distractions: Clients are not permitted to have pets or small children roaming in the treatment area during the session.

• Sobriety: Clients must not be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. If suspected upon arrival, the therapist reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

• Safety: The therapist reserves the right to cancel the appointment at any time if they feel unsafe due to the environment.

• Privacy: Only the therapist and client are allowed in the treatment area during the session

First time clients must also fill out a one time intake form.

Travel Fee $25:

The travel fee is not included in the price and will be added to each service and anything outside of Dallas zone price subject to increase.
